The Basics
- Where you work: Primarily remote. Our leadership is based in Jena and Munich; client work includes on-site time as well.
- Formal qualifications: What counts for us is ability and attitude. Whether you got there by studying, working, or meditating is entirely up to you.
- Salary: Every role states a starting salary (from EUR X) or a salary structure (fixed plus variable). Anything above that depends on what you bring to the table.
